AUTOMOTIVE


The transport sector in its wider meaning (automotive, nautical, aeronautical, railway, motorsport) represents a strategic division on the industrial National and International scene, where research, development and technological transfer are essential for the growth. During the 1998-2008 decade in Italy were realized 434 research projects in this sector with MIUR or UE fundings.

This is the reason why MECSPE dedicates particular attention to the AUTOMOTIVE trade show, which wants to offer the transport industry a wide range of skilled suppliers (425 exhibiting companies stated to work for this sector and more than 11,000 enterprises visited the exhibition in 2011).

Some of the products that will be exhibited at AUTOMOTIVE:

  • Conventional and high-tech materials (steel – aluminium – titanium – magnesium – compounds – plastic – rubber)

  • Technologies (machine tools – surface treatment systems – tools and equipment)
